As a Pest Control Technician, you’ll be responsible for:

• Conduct thorough inspections of commercial properties to identify and assess pest infestations.

• Develop and implement customized integrated pest management (IPM) plans tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Perform pest control treatments using safe and effective methods, including baiting, trapping, and other non-chemical approaches whenever possible.

• Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and best practices for maintaining a pest-free environment.

• Maintain accurate records of all service activities and client interactions using our advanced CRM platform.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial pest control (minimum 2 years preferred).

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform outdoor/indoor duties year-round

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach

• Possess a valid exterminator license
