Not only did Ash search diligently for a black widow spider in our home - but he did so whilst keeping us in the loop! His extended knowledge of entomology was the only thing that kept me calm during the whole ordeal! He was extremely kind and caring and has amazing communication skills! He definitely made regular customers the day he came over!
